With the sound of Main Beach floating through the trees and the warm sun on your back, Mamma finds this to be a really nice playground to relax while the kids have a play. They can swing, jump, slide and clamber all they need (and a great tree to climb too!). And it is a nice easy playground for toddlers; with the ropes and climbing wall for older kids.
This little playground is a 2 minute walk up the road from the Byron Bay Library (head there for toilets). It is also about a 5 minute walk along the path from Apex Park. Which also means it is not far from the shops - if you really need to get away from the crowds for a break.
Mamma's special mention: If you need some quiet time with the kids, the Byron Bay Library is just down the road.
