This community playground is perfectly nestled under some large trees, right next to the tennis and basketball courts, and across the road from the main strip of shops in Federal. Mamma loves that there is a mini playground for your mini ones, and another playground for your bigger little ones. There are slides, ladders, walkways, swings, rockers and various climbing pieces. There are also a couple nature inspired play pieces including uneven stepping logs and some sheep made from metal and large rocks.
Master 4 definitely enjoyed all the running across walkways, jumping off platforms and climbing back up to do it all over again! This is such a great playground where the kids can burn off some energy in the shade. If you have a ball or some wheels in the car, then the little ones can also play around on the grass or cemented basketball court, which also has a couple ramps on the sides for some wicked tricks.
Mamma's special mention: Feeling hungry? Then cross the road to Doma Cafe - a Japanese fusion inspired delight. Or pop into the local deli. Need coffee? Moonshine Coffee is right there too.
